What comes after the movies are made?

It is inevitable that the talk about Twilight would extend beyond Breaking Dawn. Summit Entertainment has made so much money on the first movie alone to not think about continuing the story after the fourth movie. Which, by the way, still has not been confirmed.

Wyck Godfrey, Greg Mooradian and Guy Oseary producers of Twilight were recognized with the "Film of Vision Award." While at the awards, they were questioned by RadarOnline about what happens next? Where does Twilight go after all four are done? What about a Volturi family spin-off? Mooradian smiled and simply said, “all possibilities are out there.” It will depend on the continued success in theaters and “where the audience demands it goes from there.”

I, for one, sincerely hope that Stephenie Meyer will write more books featuring the Twilight characters. I have some interest in the Volturi family and would love to read about their downfall. I would love to read about Kate and Garrett and possibly about Leah Clearwater, but most of all I want to read about Jacob and Renesmee. I know it is implied in the books that imprinting is cut and dry and that neither party has a choice or wouldn't want a different choice, but I would love to see Renesmee wanting to explore her options more and see Jacob have to work a bit for her love. I would hope that in reading her story we could gain more insight into the relationship of Edward and Bella and the rest of the Cullen family 10 years from now.

I wouldn't want the characters to be placed in the hands of someone other than Stephenie. Her vision is what has made The Twilight Saga so wonderful.
