Taylor
I would have hated to see anyone else, besides Taylor Lautner, cast in the role of Jacob. He is awesome. This may be blasphemous, but I think he may even be a better actor than Rob. (I can't believe I actually said that :{)Thought this was a cute video:

A Rob Pattinson jewel
To state the obvious and as you all know, I am a big fan of Robert Pattinson. BIG FAN!!! I love him as Edward and can not imagine anyone better for the part. I watched the Harry Potter movies just so I would have an excuse to see the 4th movie-Goblet of Fire. It is my favorite, but Rob being in it only makes it a tastier treat. I pay-per-viewed How to Be. It was a funny, light movie and I enjoyed it very much. Tonight I found one more reason to love Rob-The Bad Mother's Handbook. It was a great movie! It came on a good day too, as I was feeling like a bad mother. Kids can drive you crazy, but I love them.
Twilight Examiner, my new fave site to visit, has the entire movie available and offers this review:
(written by Amanda Bell)
The film, called The Bad Mother's Handbook, tells the story of Karen Cooper and her daughter Charlotte and how they cope with an unexpected pregnancy. Charlotte, a straight A student who thrives despite her mother's irritability with all things life-related (including a wayward and despondent relationship with her own mother), gets pregnant by a boy in school who has a short attention span, whilst her mother - who dreams of Paris - expects nothing less from her than perfection and self-reflection.
Along comes Daniel Gale to Charlotte's rescue. A surprisingly confident and collected young man, Daniel is able to help Charlotte cope with her circumstances and serve as her rock during her times of trial.
Daniel is intelligent, subtle, and very likeable. Though a tad nerdy, he is still one that audiences are able to appreciate without end. To say the least, Pattinson's performance of this role is completely unforgettable.
Catherine Tate, who plays Karen in the film, does a phenomenal job of making the viewer both hate and sympathize with her all in one. Ready to strangle her on one end, and hoping that her wishes are fulfilled in the other, Tate does a brilliant job of bringing this role to life.
Holly Grainger, who plays Charlotte/Charlie in the picture, does an excellent job as well. Her performance makes it easy to forget, throughout the film, that she is indeed an actress.
However, as always, nothing tops Pattinson's performance. Somehow, once more, Pattinson is able to entrance his audience with a complete and smart performance that only goes to show why he is fast becoming one of this generation's most sought after actors.
The film is based on a novel by Kate Long (who also penned the screenplay for it), and it is directed by the clearly transcendent and talented Robin Shepperd.
Take the time to watch this movie. It was lovely.

Some thoughts on Eclipse
Filming for Eclipse is scheduled to begin on Monday in Vancouver. In anticipation of this I had promised that I would make a list of the scenes that I felt had to be in Eclipse, but that list was just too long. It was also very obvious to me that the more scenes I chose or cut, the more panicky I felt. I know, B2 tells me I am psycho all the time, but remember, I have invested a lot of emotion in Twilight. I then decided to move on to scenes from Eclipse that should be in the movie, but I am sure will be cut. Trying to make that list was just as impossible for me. Eclipse is my favorite book and I think the movie should be 4 hours long. I would sit through it.
So here are 3 scenes that I feel are important, but I was pretty sure would not make it into the movie:
-Jasper's background and birth as a vampire
-Rosalie's background and her killing her rapists and fiance'.
-Jasper teaching his family and the wolves how to fight the newborns
Today I read an article by Twilight Examiner writer Amanda Bell (I am a fan on Facebook and she reports on great Twilight news). She writes that Kellen Lutz and Jackson Rathbone are going through intensive fight training, as well as horseback riding lessons for Jackson. This has to be for a flashback scene of Jasper's former life. We know no vampire would be able to ride a horse without killing it. She also mentions Jasper taking the helm in training on-screen. This seems to cover 2 of my picks that wouldn't be seen on screen.
Amanda also reports that an actor has been hired to play Royce King II, so that covers Rosalie's story. I am hoping that this shows a trend that Eclipse is going to be very true to the book. So much was left out of Twilight. I still think it is a good movie, but Alice's story is lost. Esme's too, but I am pretty sure that Carlisle's story will be addressed in New Moon. (Volturi flashback scenes)
I may still compile a list, but I may be too busy this week. I have to make time to go see Bandslam. Can I borrow some body's preteen, so I don't look so pathetic?

Teen Choice Awards
2 hours of my life were wasted watching the Teen Choice Awards, not to mention the crap I got from RZ. He rolls his eyes and wonders out loud why I am trying to be a teenager again. Just because I am in love with a fictional character and project that love onto a movie star, watch stupid ass award shows, and dye my hair purple, it does not mean I am trying to be a teenager. Yuck!!! I am one of those fortunate people who was so happy to leave high school behind. I am a much happier, secure 31 year old. I am at a point in my life where I could really care less what people think of me. I have realized that the responsibility for my happiness is my own.
So, back to my wasted 2 hours. I did get to see Rob and the Twilight cast. For about 3 minutes. I really get delighted by Rob's award speeches. His discomfort is hilarious and he so full of crap he can't even keep a straight face.
As for the other 1 hour and 57 minutes, they made me realize I am too old for wasting my time on crappy TV award shows. Here are some examples:
-When Miley Cyrus started singing I wanted to grab a hold of her and cover her with some pants. Then she started humping a pole and I almost died. I can't imagine how that is ok with her father. Who I had a major crush on--posters on the wall, singing his cd at the top of my lungs, mullet loving crush.
-I had never heard of Sean Kingston
-I was already married when Britney Spears debut album came out and she was given a lifetime achievement award. A LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD!!! Seriously!!!
-When I was a teenager, the only person who would have been eligible for the Miss Fab-U-Lous award would have been RuPaul. And the award would have been boycotted due to the stigma at that time of being gay.
The moral of this story is that I am not using my love of Twilight to relive my teenage years. I am enjoying a good thing while it lasts. It may already be wearing off. I haven't watch Twilight in 3 days.
Yeah, you are right- It's not wearing off. It's as rampant as ever. :)
100 DAYS TIL NEW MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to hope someone puts it on Youtube so I don't have to spend $12.00 to go see a movie trailer. I will do it though. You know I will.

Nude Photos of a Twilight star???
Popeater is reporting that nude photos of Ashley Greene, Alice in Twilight, are circulating the web. Surprise, Surprise!! I am surprised that it to so long for them to come to light. If I could I would tell Miss Greene to sue the shit out of the leak and enjoy the publicity!!
I did not look at the pictures. If they had been of Rob, I would have been all over that and would probably have died a happy girl right here. Just kidding!!! I have seen a 99% naked video of Rob and I can live without seeing it again. The fantasy is much better. If you want to see it--Look Here.

Kristen Stewart
I really like Kristen Stewart. I think she is a great actress and is amazing as Bella. She seems very laid-back and unpretentious. I love the dress she wore to the TCA. The dress has metal spikes as a skirt and a wife beater under the top. I also love her shoes, which I could never wear. I wore heels out to dinner the other night and had to walk around Wal-Mart barefoot so I wouldn't break an ankle. I am also including an interview by ET. I love her impression of Rob, but what is up with the question of their "favorite teenage moment". Most of them are still teenagers. Geez.
Enjoy!!

Teen Choice Awards Pictures
The Teen Choice Awards apparently take place today, but will air tomorrow. I am not a teen, but I will watch just so I can get a Rob fix. I love to see him live, so flustered and embarrassed, running his hands through his hair. Here are some pictures I got from here:
